Maintenance
Whether it’s a large VRV system in an office block or a small
split system installed in a conservatory, Coolaid Air Systems Ltd
can offer comprehensive planned maintenance contracts regardless
of whether your equipment was installed by us or not.

Our planned maintenance contracts are pre payment agreements that
cover a twelve-month period. They entitle the client to between
two and four maintenance visits per year (Most manufacturers recommend
a minimum of two visits per year). The number of visits generally
depends on the environment in which the equipment is working or
the specific agreement.

These servicing procedures not only monitor the efficiency of
all your systems components, they have a positive environmental
contribution of detecting refrigerant leaks early, thereby limiting
the amount of refrigerant released into the atmosphere.
Clients will be given notice of these visits to help to cause
the minimum of inconvenience or disruption.

The pitfalls of not taking up a maintenance contract:-

- Warranties
on new equipment are only applicable if this equipment is regularly
maintained in accordance to the manufacturers specific maintenance
requirements by an approved maintenance contractor.
- Refrigerant
leaks will go undetected causing possible complete system failure.

- In
times of peak demand breakdown response times might increase
(we prioritise clients who have taken up maintenance agreements).
